St. Marys High School Overview
St. Mary's High School, established in 1885, holds the distinction of being one of the oldest schools in West Rakshapuram. Managed by the Hyderabad Archdiocese Educational Society (HAES), the school has a rich history. Initially admitting only boys, it later transitioned to become a co-educational institution. Founded under the guidance of Fr. Valentino Bigi, the school operates under the Roman Catholic Order. St. Mary's High School is organized into four houses, each named after the first four Principals of the school: Bigi (yellow), Marianna (blue), Vas (red), and Fernandez (green). Despite being a Catholic Minority Institution, the school embraces students from all backgrounds, irrespective of caste, creed, or religion. The commitment to diversity reflects the inclusive ethos of St. Mary's High School.
