Shri Mahaveer Residential English Medium School Overview
Shri Mahaveer Residential English Medium School, located in Raibag, was established in 1975 by Shri Laxmisen Education Society with the aim of providing quality education to rural children. The school is co-educational and teaches in English, while also making regional and national languages compulsory subjects. The school focuses on shaping the minds and hearts of its students, preparing them for life through moral, intellectual, and physical training. The dedicated and well-qualified teachers prioritize the development of moral character and foster a sense of unity among the students. The school comprises three stages - pre-primary, primary, and secondary. In 1974-75, during the celebration of the 2500th Nirwan Mahotsav of Bhagwan Mahaveer, a few individuals in Raibag decided to establish an English medium school to meet the educational needs of the neglected north-west part of Belgaum District.
