My Own School Overview
The idea to establish a school was conceived in 1988 by the secretary of My Own School Education Society, Mrs. T. Singh. Subsequently, the school commenced its operations on July 4th, 1988, with the aim of providing high-quality education to children, ensuring their all-round development. To foster a sense of belonging among its students, the school was named "My Own School." With a modest beginning of 5 children and a teacher, My Own School initially operated as a pre-primary school, preparing children aged 2 to 5 years for senior secondary schools. Thanks to the comprehensive training based on early childhood education program provided by the school, virtually all the children successfully transitioned to prestigious senior secondary schools. In 1992, the school was upgraded to the primary level, and in 2000, the management decided to further elevate it to the senior secondary level by adding a class every year. Consequently, a class was added annually, leading to the school becoming a fully-fledged Senior
