City Vocational Public School in Meerut Cantt. was established under the visionary guidance of Late Shri Chandra Sen Agarwal, retired Joint Director of Education U.P. His lifelong dedication to the cause of education, exemplified by his role as the Ex-Secretary of the Board of High School and Intermediate Education in Uttar Pradesh, led to the realization of his dream school. Late Shri Chandra Sen Agarwal believed that education extended beyond academic pursuits. His vision emphasized that students should not succumb to the pitfalls of materialism and consumerism. He aimed to cultivate young leaders who understood the significance of nationalism and humanism, in addition to advancements in science and technology.
