Established in 1974, the school was named Sant Nursery School in honor of the late Shri Sant Ram Chhabra, who laid the foundation stone. Over time, it became popularly known as St. Nursery School, owing to its strong association with the word "Saint." She holds a postgraduate degree from Hansraj College, Delhi University, and a B.Ed. from Chandigarh, Punjab University.
