Our founder, Subhram Katamreddy, pursued his Masters in Industrial Management at the prestigious New Jersey Institute of Technology in the United States. After gaining valuable professional experience at Swale, New York, he returned to India with a burning desire to make a difference in the traditional education system. It was during this time that he discovered the Montessori system and became deeply intrigued by its innovative and transformative methodology. To further his knowledge and expertise in Montessori education, Subhram undertook the rigorous training required to become a certified AMI Primary 3-6 Teacher, under the guidance of Teenaz Reporter. During his training, he had the opportunity to visit multiple Montessori schools, conducting observations and immersing himself in this groundbreaking pedagogy. Following his training, he joined Anthea Montessori House of Children, where he actively contributed to the growth and success of the school.
