Indian Institute of Cerebral Palsy (IICP), a charitable (voluntary) organisation, registered under the Societies Registration Act, has been offering specialised, comprehensive services for children of all ages and adults with Cerebral Palsy (CP) since 1974. It began as the West Bengal Spastics Society and was housed in temporary military barracks in the Ballygunge Military Camp.
