Moravian School Admissions in Rajpur, Dehradun, began in 1963 under the leadership of Br Eliyah Thsetan Phunthsog. Initially, the institute's purpose was to revise the New Testament in Tibetan for the Bible Society of India. However, while working on this project, Br Eliyah Thsetan Phunthsog encountered a number of Tibetan refugees who had recently escaped their homeland by crossing the Himalayas. Over the years, Moravian School has grown into a comprehensive institution that includes a school, hostel, and vocational training program. The institute is dedicated to providing high-quality education and support to its students. Since 1978, Moravian School has been affiliated with the Council for the ISC Examinations in New Delhi.
