Sri Rama Rural Academy Overview
Sri Rama Rural Academy, which was established in the rural hamlet of Chilumuru by Sri Late Kolasani Venkata Subbaiah Chowdary on 06/06/1949, has always aimed to bring education to the rural parts of Guntur District. Despite the lack of proper transportation to Chilumuru, Sri Rama's determination to provide education in this area has made it a successful institution. In 1961, Sri Late Kolasani Madhusudana Rao took over the responsibility from his father and led Sri Rama to new levels of excellence. Under his leadership, Sri Rama became widely recognized throughout the state. The institution has earned a reputation for transforming even the most mischievous students into high achievers. The fact that many of our students have gone on to successful careers both in India and abroad is a testament to the effectiveness of Sri Rama.
