St. Josephs Convent High School, a renowned English medium Catholic institution, was founded in 1926 by the Sisters of the Cluny Sisters of St. Josephs of Cluny. It operates under the supervision of the R.C. Bishop of Darjeeling and is a registered society. Accredited by the Education Department, West Bengal, the school is affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi. While originally intended for Catholic students, St. Josephs Convent High School warmly welcomes students of all religions and communities.
