Dev Samaj Modern School is situated in Nehru Nagar and has been serving the educational needs of the community since its establishment in September, 1973. The school was founded in response to the demands of parents residing in Okhla and its vicinity, who were seeking a nearby educational institution for their children. The school is located on a plot of land across from the tomb of Dr. Zakir Hussain and was generously donated to Dev Samaj for its cultural activities, which encompass education and moral development, by the late Dr. Jiwan Lata ji, Retd.
