CSI Bain School, founded by Miss. E. M. Bain, a missionary of the Church of Scotland mission, is a renowned educational institution known for its unique approach to education. Established in 1929 primarily for boys in the Nursery and Primary age groups, the school has grown by leaps and bounds over the years. Under the diligent leadership of Miss. Jessie Moses, who succeeded Miss. E. M. Bain, the school was upgraded to a Matriculation school in 1963, and subsequently to a Higher Secondary school in 1978. With Miss. Jessie Moses at the helm, the school witnessed remarkable progress and development. Recognized by the Education Department of the Tamil Nadu Government, the school falls under the management of Higher Education of the Church of South India. Its motto, "Founded on Rock," symbolizes the school's strong foundation, with Jesus Christ being the Rock it is built upon.
