MP Birla Foundation H.S. School, situated in the serene surroundings of Behala, Kolkata, was established on April 11, 1988. Founded by renowned philanthropists Shri MadhavPrasadji Birla and Smt. Priyamvada Birla, the school is a non-profit institution run by M.P.Birla Foundation Education Society. Initially affiliated to CBSE, the school transitioned to ICSE in 1995 and upgraded to offer higher secondary education in 1996. The school has a current strength of 3200 students and is known for its academic excellence and robust co-curricular activities.
