Amrita Vidyalayams, a national network of value based schools are managed by Mata Amritanandamayi Math, under the guidance of Amma. The Amrita Vidyalayams were begun with the purpose of serving the specific needs of the student community.Amma attaches great importance to providing education and training to children for the development of each childs creativity, intelligence and character.
