Burdwan Model School (BMS) is a remarkable educational institution brought to life by the Oriental Association for Education and Research Society. Comprising of accomplished individuals from various fields such as industry, entrepreneurship, philanthropy, academia, medicine, and management, the society had a vision for a comprehensive skill-based school that offers both residential and day-boarding facilities. Drawing inspiration from the valuable teachings of Rabindranath Tagore on education, the members of the society envisioned an institution where a child could enter at the Nursery/KG level and receive education up to the Post Graduate level, all under one roof, ensuring utmost satisfaction. Recognizing the need to adapt our teaching methods to the ever-progressing globalization of society, the society laid the foundation for Burdwan Model School, strategically located away from the chaos of city life.
