Guru Nanak Public School Overview
Guru Nanak Public School serves as a nurturing ground where children's innate powers of observation thrive in our contemporary, dynamic society. Here, we cultivate rational thinking and maturity, fulfilling the expectations and dreams of our students as they interact with our professional faculty. Learning becomes a lifelong experience in our institution, where creativity flourishes and buds blossom into flowers. As you step through the portals of GNPS, you'll encounter a charming red brick edifice that leaves a lasting impression. Within these walls, lessons of discipline and hard work—the cornerstones of success—are imparted. Our remarkable journey began in 1974, with the formal inauguration of the school building in February 1976 by Giani Zail Singh, the then Chief Minister of Punjab. Spread over 16 acres, our school boasts state-of-the-art infrastructure. Strategically located in the heart of the City Beautiful, amidst lush green lawns and sprawling playgrounds, GNPS is managed by honorary stalwarts and bureaucrats constituting the Governing Council. The pristine building features smart classrooms
