A.K Ghosh Memorial High School, located in Batanagar, Kolkata, is a renowned educational institution that offers admissions for students. Established in 1968 by Late Dr. (Mrs.) Kamala Ghosh, the founder Principal, the school initially started as a primary school under the name Aunty Edith School in Jodhpur Park. However, it was later renamed A.K. Ghosh Memorial School in memory of its founder president Sri A.K.Ghosh, and it relocated to its current premises in Lake Gardens. The school has consistently achieved excellent results since its first batch of students appeared for the Madhyamik Pariksha in 1977. In 1999, it was upgraded to a Higher Secondary school, offering education in all three streams. A.K.
