Bombay Scottish School Overview
Bombay Scottish School, a Christian institution, is dedicated to instilling Christian values in its students. Our vision is for our students to embrace the moral principles taught to them, develop a sense of civic responsibility, show compassion towards others, and lead a life of honesty and justice. To achieve this, we nurture qualities of patience, humility, hard work, and perseverance in our students, aiming for them to become exemplary citizens. Following the recommendations of the Kothari Commission, our candidates for the ICSE examination are required to successfully complete courses in various subjects. These include a third language (Marathi), Art and Craft, Physical Education, Education in Moral and Spiritual values, Socially Useful and Productive Work, and Community Service. The school internally assesses these subjects, and their performance in these areas will contribute toward obtaining the ICSE pass certificate. Internal Assessment has now become a part of the ICSE curriculum. English is the medium of instruction at our school, while Hindi is introduced from
